Springer Custom Woodworking is seeking a motivated and hands-on cabinet engineer to join our shop.  This job provides the critical link between design and practical application on an exciting variety of projects and offers the opportunity of a long-term career.

Springer Custom Woodworking builds and installs high quality custom cabinetry and woodworking for residential and commercial projects in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.  It has been family owned and operated since 1976.

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret architectural drawings
• Develop, submit, and revise shop drawings for approval
• Program CNC Router for construction
• Research and procure materials for construction
• Maintain communication with both clients and cabinet makers
• 40-hour work week

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of cabinet construction
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Experience with Cabinet Vision and/or AlphaCam preferred
• Attention to detail and focus on accuracy
