Live in Maintenance/Superintendent

Position: $21.22/hour

Located in Noank, CT

Includes 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the building: Live in starts once a 90 day working period is completed with a satisfactory 90 day review. 40 hour work week/ Benefit eligible Some travel may be required

Responsibilities to include: 1. The day-to-day maintenance of the property including repairs/maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems. 2. Conduct routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on common areas and building systems and equipment. 3. Ensure the appearance of the property grounds is kept to a high standard; 4. Communicate regularly with the Property Manager reporting any building deficiencies 5. Maintain positive and professional relationships and communication with staff/residents/vendors. 6. On-call for after-hours emergencies
