• Our starting wage for those entering the field is $19-$20 per hour, ensuring competitive pay.
• With increased responsibilities and experience, including a valid CDL, wage increases are guaranteed after a satisfactory 90-day probation period.
• We provide a retirement savings plan with employer match available post-probation, helping you secure your financial future.

Your role will involve a variety of tasks from operating basic hand tools to engaging in complex procedures like excavating and directional drilling. CB Construction is recognized for our specialty in directional drilling aimed at installing underground utilities, providing you a chance to acquire unique skills.
