Blandford Homes is seeking a seasoned Land Development Project Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of single-family residential land development.

• This position manages all the land development construction activities for their designated projects (both field and office activities). This professional will develop initial budgets including managing all permits, contracts, and the trade contractors until the completion and warranty close-out.
• Tasks include: environmental compliance, site safety, permitting, fulfilling city inspection requirements, budget/schedule management, bid negotiations, contracting, construction management, issue identification & resolution, utility coordination, comprehensive lot plan management, as well as relationship management with all stakeholders.

Preferred skills and experience include:

• Issue identification and resolution, strong relationship management, and critical and principled thinking. Word, Excel, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, and SAGE.
